      Hi Matty – that’s a brilliant question.
I would have said no – most research focuses on keeping cells healthy, or on getting rid of old cells and replacing them with new ones. HOWEVER, there have been some experiments in the US where an old mouse has had their blood completely replaced with the blood of a younger mouse – and it started behaving although it was young again (walking better, did better in memory tests etc.). Nobody knows what it is in the young blood that caused rejuvenation, but it does mean that the answer to your question is ‘probably, yes’.
