      Hi Science Rules – nice username,
      As we get older we get very slowly weaker and physically less able – our bones become more brittle and we lose muscle mass, for example. This means that it can be more effort for use to do the same thing we used to do, with the result that overall we end up having to become less active, or else you will just get too tired.
