• Question: Why do old men seem to have longer noses and ears?

      Your question is very well asked. “Seem” is the right word because noses and ears stop growing just like everything else. What happens though is that the muscles all around become weaker and so they can’t hold everything in place as before. So the outer ear will be more exposed because the muscles and the skins are less toned, the point of the nose drops for the same reason plus we tent to lose the fat that is on our cheeks so everything looks bigger.
