• Question: why do old people feel like they could do things in their head, as if they were still 20, but their bodies wont let them?

      Hi Ebby,

Great question! I guess it’s as we get older we do lose the ability to do some things – we perhaps aren’t as strong, can’t run as fast or as far etc. But our brain only learns from experience. So if we used to be able to do something, but now we can’t, our brain only gets to find that out when we try and struggle with a task we used to be able to do – and hopefully we’ll learn and not try to do it again!
