We grow old because that is just how are bodies are designed. Like any machine, the usage slowly ruins it.
We don’t have necessary to be weak weak, we can be weaker but still pretty active. There are a lot of older guys at the gym that can run faster and longer than I do (I always feel a bit sad about it). It’s all about healthy life choices.
