Almost every day. Sometimes are tests on mice, sometimes things in the lab.
When I don’t, I analyse the data and try not to go insane with statistics (I don’t like stats >_< )

I don’t do so many myself anymore – I used to do them every day but now I run a small team of scientists whose job it is to do the experiments – it’s my job to decide which experiments they do, and how.

It varies quite a bit for me. Some days I will be in lab all day with an experiment that involves lots of steps, other days I have just one things I need to do that takes a an hour or so. And sometimes I spend weeks analysing data and then writing it into a report to get published in a scientific journal (like a magazine) for other scientists to read… This week I’ve done 2 experiments and probably spend about 2 days total in the lab.

I like having a combination of lab and non-lab as it keeps things interesting!
