• Question: hi Sarah, isn't it annoying being a scientist? surely there's so many ifs and buts that you can never be sure what's right?

      I will be totally honest with you. Yes. It is sometimes annoying and sometimes frustrating. But probably all jobs are, aren’t they?

      The good thing about science though is that all the ifs and buts can actually turn into something amazing and unexpected. I think that what makes science annoying is also what makes it so fascinating. You just have to have enough patience to stay mentally sane xD
