      Hi Grace,

      Presumably you means skeletal dysplasia, which is often more commonly referred to as ‘dwarfism’. This is actually not a single condition, but a group of around 350 different but related conditions.
      The most common form of skeletal dysplasia, called achondroplasia, affects 1 in every 20,000 people and, while these people are short in stature, they live otherwise normal lives.
