      In a general way, yes it is. I’d would classify life in groups though, like childhood-adolescence-adult age-middle age- old age. So I’d say that age it is just a number when you are in the same group. I don’t know if makes sense….

      Hi,

      Yes it is. Our age in years and our ‘biological age’ can be quite different – I’m sure you know people of a similar age in years who are taller/shorter or more or les developed. That’s true throughout life – you could take 2 60 year olds and one be ‘young’, fit and active and alter and another be ‘old’, wrinkly and with growing medical problems. You’re as old as you feel, not as old as you are!
