Oh!!! Thanks for asking!!
So my colleagues and I run something very similar to a mouse clinic. The mice go through some tests during all their life to see how they age. We start around 3 months and test their vision, their bones, their hearing, their muscle strength. Most of the tests are repeated later in the mouse life because of course we want to see if they have a mutation that make them age better or worse. We also take blood samples at 6, 12 and 18 months to check how all their organs are doing. If we find something that looks interesting we can add more specific tests to investigate more.
