I don’t think there is a single type of food that will help you grow – to stay healthy you need a good balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and vitamins/minerals, and a good amount of sleep. The ones important for growth would be things like protein (which helps build muscle and tissue) and minerals such as calcium and vitamin D which help support bone growth. However, your adult height (however long it takes you reach it), is largely thought to be determined by your genes, so it’s probably not possible to eat yourself tall.
This is a tricky question. There are lots of different opinions about super-foods for improving health but a balanced diet is generally accepted as the best option for healthy growth. Avoid sugary drinks and too many sweeties (sorry, thats a bit boring isn’t it).
