• Question: What is the University of Edinburgh like?

      Hi Sasha,

      UoE is a great place to study. It has an excellent reputation, especially for science subjects. The University buildings are quite spread out, the science buildings are about 2 miles away from the main library but the science library is with the labs and lecture theatres.

      The city of Edinburgh is full of things to do and it’s all fairly close to the Uni. Student halls are in a great location, right next to a massive park with lots of space to do cycle/run and there is a 50m swimming pool in the leisure centre next to the halls. I’m a bit bias towards the active stuff but there are lots of places to go out partying as well.

      I would definitely recommend applying:)
