      Hi again – similar to the question on hair colour really – it depends on the amount of melanin made by the colouring ring in your eye. If you make none, the eye will appear blue There isn’t a blue pigment, as such – it’s the way the surface of the eye reflects light. The more melanin you make, the eye will appear browner. Melanin is also the pigment in your skin that means that you tan in the sun.
